Mama's Family DVD

Mamas Family is a spinoff of a comedy series, The Family, in which it also appeared on The Carol Burnett Show. Carol Burnett played the role of Mama's daughter, the foul-mouthed Eunice.

Mamas Family is the story of Thelma Harper, also known as Mama, a gray-haired widow who lived together with her younger sister, Fran. In the first episode, Vinton, the youngest son of Mama, moved in together with his two kids, Sonja and Buzz. Vinton married their neighbor, Naomi Oates, after a few episodes. Mama's two daughters, Eunice and Ellen, are both married. Eunice is a massive drama queen, she gets upset a lot and hates Ellen, because Eunice is very jealous to her.

Mamas Family started in January 1, 1983 and ended in September 1, 1990 on NBC. Mamas Family stars Vicki Lawrence as Mama, Carol Burnett as Eunice, Ken Berry as Vinton, Betty White as Ellen, Rue McClanahan as Fran, and many more.
