The Protectors DVD

The protectors a British TV series, an action thriller Jam-packed that premiered on September 29, 1972 until the finale on March 15, 1974. It has 52 episodes that ran on ITV1, while Gerry Anderson created and produced the series with Lew grade under ITC Entertainment Production Company. It starred Robert Vaughn as Harry Rule, Nyree Dawn Porter as the Contessa Caroline di Contini and Tony Anholt as Paul Buchet.

The series revolves around the three international private detectives and troubleshooters who belonged to an organization. It had a format that allowed in some occasional episodes where the main actors are not appears. The success was become one of the Anderson's most popular productions, where it easily winning the second renewal and a plan for third stages but unfortunately the major sponsor had canceled out and forcing its to pulled out.
