David Cassidy - Man Undercover is an American drama/action television series that centered on the undercover exploits of Dan Shay, played by David Cassidy, an undercover agent for the Los Angeles Police Department. Shay, looking young enough to pass as a teen, usually played the youth angle, infiltrating high school crime rings, young gangs, illegal college rackets, etc., while he deals with the occasional family matters at home with his wife Joanne, played by Wendy Rastattar, and his daughter Cindy, played by Elizabeth Reddin.
Other notable characters in the show include Sgt. Walt Abrams (Simon Oakland), Officer T.J. Epps (Ray Vitte), and Officer Paul Sanchez (Michael A. Salcido). David Cassidy - Man Undercover aired on NBC from November 2, 1978 to July 12, 1979 for 10 episodes.
